Unauthorized Opt-In: In order to protect our opt-in e-mail list, we are currently in the process of implementing a system by which we will record the IP addresses of all sales and affiliates. Refunds and Returns:

Mortgage Watchdog offers it’s customers the “Success Guarantee” such that if a customer finds no errors in their loan(s) over a four year period, Mortgage Watchdog will refund the purchase price plus an additional $250. Refunds will only be made under the terms of this Guarantee.

If the software arrives damaged in any way, the customer can return the damaged product to Mortgage Watchdog and Mortgage Watchdog will replace the damaged goods at no charge.
